Rock sand making production line is an important production line specialized in supply stone sands for various industries. 1. Feeding system: the system is to send raw materials to jaw crushers and conveyors according to the crushing and screening process flow. The equipment to complete the feeding process includes vibrating feeder or other types of feeding equipment. In the sand making production line, it is generally use vibrating feeder as stone supply equipment.
2. Crushing system: This system is the core of the whole production line. Its work is to crush all kinds of ore stone raw materials into finished products with required particle size. A combined rock sand production line can be composed of multiple crusher equipment. These crushers are in different mechanical properties, and work together to complete the stone crushing.
3. Screening and conveying system: it is to screen the crushed stone through screening machinery. In the rock sand making production line, the finish product sand and other stones need to be separated, and the graded stones needs to be transported to their respective sites. The equipment used in this process is generally vibrating screen or other screening mechanical equipment.
