20 tph Sand production line

Yigong group provides sand production line at capacity 20 tons per hour with reasonable and economical design scheme, based on customers' requirements for stone specifications, output and use. This complete set of equipment produced by Yigong group including jaw crusher, compound crusher (impact crusher), vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. The sand production line has been successfully applied to the crushing of limestone, basalt, granite, pebble and other rocks.

Firstly, it apply jaw crusher for primary crushing, next,the coarse crushed stones, convey by belt conveyor, are delivered to fine crusher for secondary crushing. After crush, it goes to vibraing screen to separate out 2 kinds of stones. The stones, which meets Sand crusher feeding requirements, will be feed into sand crusher, the others will be conveyed back to crush again. The whole set of equipment produced by Yigong group has high automation degree, low operation cost and high crushing rate in the whole sand production line. The manufactured sand meets the construction sand standard, with uniform particle size and reasonable gradation.
