The dry-process sand production line is a type of equipment specially used for construction sand and stone materials. The sand has uniform particle size and high compressive strength, and compared with natural sand and that produced by hammer crusher, it is suitable for more higher standard construction requirements. The complete production line includes jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating feeder, sand making machine, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, etc. The sand production line has been applied to the crushing of limestone, basalt, granite, cobblestone and other rocks successfully.
Large blocks are fed into the jaw crusher evenly by the vibrating feeder from silo for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed stones are sent to the impact crusher by a belt conveyor for further crushing; the further crushed stones are sent into vibrating screen for separating by the belt conveyor, stones with different specifications are separated away. The stones that meet the particle size requirements are sent to the sand maker by the finished belt conveyor; the stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the impact crusher to be recrushed by the belt conveyor. So as to recycle in this way. The finished particle size stone can be combined and graded according to the users’ requirement. To protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be equipped.
