High Frequency Vibrating Screen
The sieving medium is made of stainless steel. The high-frequency vibrating screen is necessary for grainy iron ore. The obliquity of the sieving medium is adjustable according to the concrete situation. If the obliquity is close to 55º, The fineness can reach 300mesh, and occupy about 70%.
High Frequency Vibrating Screen:
1 Powerful sieving ability
2 Good stability and long service life
3 Widely used in many area

Working Principle
A high frequency vibrating screen works by using a high-speed vibration motor or exciter to generate high-frequency, low-amplitude vibrations on the screen surface. This vibration breaks the surface tension of the material, causing fine particles to separate from coarse particles and pass through the screen more efficiently. As the material flows in a thin layer across the inclined screen surface, the rapid vibrations increase the probability of particle stratification and accelerate the screening process, resulting in precise separation and high screening efficiency, especially for fine and wet materials.
