Batching system devices

1. Limestone hopper and coal hopper

Function: the limestone and raw coal which can meet the size requirement will be transported to by the truck from the storage yard,then feed into the limestone hopper and coal hopper,then transported to the limestone hopper and coal hopper by the belt conveyor.

2. Belt Conveyor

Function: use to transport the limestone, raw coal or finished lime.

Including frame,roller, roller support,belt conveyor,motors and so on will all be detached for easy transportation and assemble at site.

3.  Silo

For store the limestone, raw coal (or coke)

The silo volume can choose according to capacity and raw material transportation period.

4.  electric vibrating feeder

It is installed under the hopper/bin, used for feed the raw material evenly.

5. Limestone,coke(coal)measuring scale

During the production of lime,the limestone and coke (coal)need to mix then feed the raw material.if want to have higher quality of active lime use the limestone,the limestone and coal quality is very important. Apart from that, for limestone, if the CaO content different, size different,for coke(coal)with different burning value,different size,all need to adjust the two kinds raw material weight proportion. This system can adjust the limestone and coke (coal) quality conveniently,promptly,in timely and with higher precision measuring,errors compensate automatically.

6. Single bucket elevator

Used to lift the limestone and coke (coal) to the kiln top.

7. Rotary Raw Material Distributor

This equipments mainly consist of support, raw material hopper,fixed raw material barrel, pneumatic gate, rotary raw material barrel, raw material channel,raw material distributor board and electronic system and pneumatic system. This raw material distributor can make the limestone and coke(coal)well distributed inside the kiln, it can realize the ideal raw material distributor.The raw material distribute diameter can adjust willingly between 3m to 5m, the raw material channel highest speed is 7r/min, it can also choose the best rotary speed via frequency while necessary.This device provide the best raw material distribution way for producing the excellent lime.

8. Vertical kiln

Vertical kiln is consisted of kiln shell, kiln liner,kiln top device and devices under kiln.The vertical kiln can separate into pre-heating zone,calcination zone and cooling zone.

Fantianliang (Yigong) mechanized kiln shell usually made of steel, the steel thickness is 8-20mm, the raw material is Q235.

The kiln liner function is form the kiln chamber to keep the temperature inside the kiln, and protect the kiln shell and devices and resist of high temperature. Usually include working layer, protection layer and heat-insulation layer.The working layer usually use the high-alumia brick and excellent clay brick, the protection layer usually choose the ordinary refractory material,such as the clay brick, the heat-insulation layer generally choose the pearlite and diatomaceous earth and other heat-insulation raw materials.

Kiln top devices include chimney, kiln cover and so on.The chimney usually lay 2 rods, made of steel, for commissioning and repair. Kiln head cover located at the top of the kiln,main function is sealing, protection and support.

Devices under kiln mainly include wind-drive box and wind hat. Two parts combined then make the air well distributed on the cross section of the vertical kiln.

9. Disc lime powder discharger

Our company combine the home market lime kiln production conditions, then produce the YP series disc lime powder discharger with the raw material discharge evenly and dropping inside the raw material column,and will not broken the lump limestone during the lime powder discharging, it can produce with higher quality, with precision and fully automation. This machine mainly consist of motor, gearbox, drive shaft, rotary disc, scraper and so on.

10. Star shape lime powder discharger

Star shape lime powder discharger located under the disc lime powder discharger can avoid the air inside the kiln leakage, and can discharge the material under the condition of non-stop wind.

11. Wind supply system

Co-combustion vertical kiln wind supply system include kiln bottom wind supply and waste air adjust system.

Kiln bottom wind supply system generally include blower,the smoke discharge device on the top of kiln usually choose boiler smoke discharger and connect with dust collect system via smoke pipe, the wind volume can adjust according to frequency. Then form the micro negative pressure (around -10P) on the top of kiln, and make the vertical kiln under the good working condition.

Waste air recycling system under normal production, the coke(coal) inside the vertical kiln mixed evenly with the limestone,and well distributed on the cross section inside the kiln,the raw material inside the kiln fall down evenly, the air steam well distributed along the kiln cross section, the high temperature backing material surface generated by fuel burning appear the water level condition.During actual operation process, due to the reason of raw material not well distributed, nodulation and other reasons then result in the high temperature baking raw material surface inside the kiln incline,which will cause the bad condition of kiln and decline of product quality. Waste gas adjust system can make the inclined high temperature baking material surface come back to water level condition.

This system is composed of recycling draught fan, pipe and valves and so on.

12. Testing and automatic control system

This system can test and control all the production process from raw material batching to raw material discharging. Fully automation from raw material hopper feed---electronic scale weigh---batching&mixing raw material---kiln top raw material distribution---lime powder discharge---finished product feed into raw material tank. While need adjust the kiln parameter, only operated on the computer in the control room.With the automatic and manual control two types.

This system adopt the computer net control system. Upper computer adopt YANHUA IPC, lower computer core part adopt the SIEMENS PLC, not only increase the capacity and activity,but also lower the labors' work intensity,proove the working environment. Not only stable and reliable, lower failure rate, strong anti-interference capability, and higher precision measuring system, complete function, easy handle.

13. Dust collector system

Dust collect

Mainly include kiln top smoke dust collect and batching, power discharging and other working position dust collect, and mix the smoke, dust into the bag dust filter,this can decrease the smoke temperature to avoid the broken of the bag.The designed discharge volume ＜50mg/m3。

Smoke desulfurization

While the smoke has the sulfur, induce the smoke after the bag dust filter into the water-bath dust collector,under the effect of alkaline water,it can realize the desulfurization, the discharged raw material will reach the standard.

14.  Bucket Elevator

Include machine head,machine tail,shell body,chain,motor and so on,it will detached for easy transportation,assemble at site.
