Roller Extrusion Granulator

The roller extrusion granulator (single-layer, double-layer, and three-layer can be selected according to the viscosity and moisture content of the raw materials) is suitable for the production of various raw materials such as compound fertilizer, medicine, chemical raw materials, feed, coal, metallurgy, etc. It can produce compound fertilizers of various concentrations and types (including organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, biological fertilizer, magnetic fertilizer, etc.). Especially single raw materials: raw materials such as rare earth, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium chloride, potassium chloride, phosphate fertilizer, monoammonium, potassium sulfate, salt, etc. Compound fertilizer: binary and ternary compound fertilizers in various proportions with a nutrient content of 17.3-53%.

Various dry powder materials are added from the top of the counter-roll granulator to the counter-roller, and the material is plastically deformed and compressed into flakes under the extremely squeezing force of the counter-roll granulator. The flake materials are crushed, granulated and sieved through the crushing chamber below to obtain granular products. By changing the grooving form on the roller surface, sheet, strip, and oblate spherical materials can be obtained. The size of the squeezing force of the roller granulator can be adjusted by adjusting the gear according to the needs of the granulation operation. The shape and size of the ball socket on the mold can be determined by the needs of the user.
