Working principle
The motor drives the rotor to run at high speed through the V-belt transmission. The material enters the crushing cavity from the feeding port, is hit by the high-speed rotating hammer head, and is crushed by the impact vortex. Under the action of the plate and the hammer head, huge pressure and bending force are generated. Even materials which are difficult to crush can be easily crushed and then enter the lower S crushing chamber and T crushing chamber, where the materials are rubbed and squeezed.
