Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block production Line

　　The characteristics of concrete aerated blocks have the advantages of light bulk density, high thermal insulation performance, good sound absorption, certain strength and machinability, etc. It is one of the most widely used lightweight wall materials.

　　Adding some water to fly ash or silica sand to grind into slurry, add powder lime, appropriate amount of cement, gypsum and foaming agent, and then pouring into the mould after stirring, cut into various specifications of blocks or plates after foaming and curing. And then put into the autoclave by the steam car and forms into porous and light aerated concrete products under the curing of high temperature saturated steam.
